Career Incubator Membership

The Career Incubator seeks to recruit learners from grade nine to grade twelve until they reach their tertiary education and even the job seeking process. The Career Incubator will adopt a holistic and sustainable approach to career development. The process will be ensured that it is learner or student centred all the way.
The Career Incubator with ongoing relations with tertiary institutions, businesses and other organisations will strengthen the support strategically. This will be in the basis of camps, winter schools, conferences, workshops, media publications and awareness campaigns on specific areas of concerns. To avoid the vagueness or irrelevance of the Career Incubator on the lives of the target group, the Career Incubator will work hand in hand with tertiary institutions on providing internships to graduates at their final stages or at their post-graduate level. By doing that, the Career Incubator will be providing skills to the graduates and a platform to have an ongoing relations to enhance their life opportunities career wise. The Career Incubator is planning to have an Alumni Programme where learners and students who have previously enrolled in the programme will be utilized at a maximum level to strengthen the programme. These will be easily achievable because the programme will be established at some tertiary institutions’ campuses. The Career Incubator will provide for entry tertiary students until their final years support that addresses issues of employment, postgraduates and skills development needed by the market. The programme will also develop other attributes which are essential in human development stages of an individual along the way. The Career Incubator believes in professionalism and will maintain its stand as the programme grows its popularity in Youth Development and Job Creation.
There are lot of things you are going to learn about the Career Incubator as you read the document but interestingly when you will be enrolling in the programme.  Join now with as little as R50-00 per month and access unilimted support you need.

  2. Career development can be discussed under two perspectives- organizational and personal career development. Organizational development looks at how concerned individuals manage their careers within and between organizations. Personal career development aims at individual career development to bridge his skills with his career objectives.
